- Invasive left heart and right heart functions and pathological cardiac models studies:

- Hemodynamics with or without pressure volume loops studies with various agents' injections.
- Blood pressure measurement in conscience mice with telemetry, in anesthetized mice with catheters.
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) in conscience mice using telemetry, or under anesthetized with isoflurane
- Intra-cardiac pacing with electric programming stimulation
- Transverse aortic constriction (TAC) and post TAC pressure gradient measurements
