Interventional Cardiology Fellowship
UC San Diego offers one of only two Interventional Cardiology fellowship training programs in San Diego. The two-year program provides comprehensive training in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, with weekly cardiovascular catheterization and interventional cardiology conferences and a monthly interventional cardiovascular medicine journal club. Our involvement in training tomorrow's specialists is part of what allows us early access to new technologies and gives us greater expertise in treating our patients with a broad array of options.
*First Year: ACGME Accredited
*Second Year: Non-ACGME Accredited
Structural fellowship is ONLY for internal interventional fellows.
