Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship
This three- to four-year training program in cardiovascular diseases develops skilled cardiologists with experience in cardiovascular research who are committed to becoming accomplished scholars and leaders in academic cardiology. All trainees complete internal medicine residency prior to their cardiology fellowship. Fellows spend two years in clinical training and one or more years in clinical or basic research. Fourth-year positions are available for additional training in interventional cardiology, clinical electrophysiology and heart failure/cardiac transplantation.
